Jada items are released so sporadically and sometimes not for years after they are announced, if at all, that I didn’t actually expect to see this out so soon. It’s a cool set, though some of the paint jobs aren’t great, and some of the faces look melted. Some are missing needed details on their legs and feet. It’s cool that they are die cast, and I guess for the price we shouldn’t expect a lot, but I wish they had made better more detailed molds and painted them better. I’d have happily paid more for them if the quality was better. Walmart has the set at $12, but I think that’s a mistake and they are priced as if on clearance. Not sure what they would be at Target, I haven’t seen them there. There is a box variation, where they are package horizontally instead of vertically that I’ve seen online, but I don’t know where that is available. Also included are Autobot and Decepticon display backgrounds that you can cut from the back. It would have been nice if they had been punch out rather than having to cut them. Nothing more to say about the. Pics below.
